  A GODALMING man has been arrested on suspicion of tax evasion totalling £300,000 together with associated money laundering offences.   GODALMING'S youngest ever town mayor has been elected for the civic year. Councillor Tom Martin was unanimously elected by Godalming Town Council on May 9, replacing Cllr Liz Wheatley.
